| IMPORTANT:
Users should ensure that the correct plunger and nozzle
holder configuration is in place.
This will ensure correct,
trouble free dispensing of each packaging type. Incorrect
plunger set up, inside
the Barrel Gun, will lead to problems
and user dissatisfaction. Please contact our sales
department to obtain further clarification or to receive our
separate Barrel Gun Brochure showing correct plunger set
up. |

To keep the gun clean and make yourself more efficient, a
follower plate is a MUST. Svenic supplies Follower Plates for
straight sided and tapered bulk sealant pails. Follower Plates for
straight sided pails are normally manufactured in sheet steel,
with a lip, for the Barrel Gun to fit over. Follower Plates for
tapered pails, are manufactured in steel with a rubber ring and
thread. The thread allows for the gun to be screwed into the
follower plate. The rubber seal  allows for the follower plate to
take the contour of the taper. If we do not have a Follower Plate
to suit your pail size, please contact our Sales Department to
discuss your requirement. |

The Hanging Hook (Item No. 190SAE) quickly and easily attaches
to our "Barrel Gun", "HV Frame Gun", and
"Jumbo Gun" Sealant Applicators. It allows for the
Applicator to be hung from the ladder, scaffold, belt etc, whilst
working. This significantly increases safety and convenience. |
Provides clean, quick and efficient gun filling. Avoids air
bubbles being drawn into the barrel. This eliminates
"coughing or blowing" during dispensing. Should be used
with a follower plate when drawing material from bulk sealant
pails. |

This product is a MUST for all 11:1 Geared Barrel guns (all
black trigger mechanism). The spanner (Item No. 032SAE) allows for
the quick replacement of the Springs, Catchplate and Thumb Release
Plate of the "Barrel Gun", "HV Frame Gun",
"Jumbo Gun", and "4¼ Litre Gun" Sealant
Applicators. No longer will Users have to search for scissors, or
some other inappropriate tool, to tighten the Blue Barrel Screw.
IMPORTANT: The Blue Barrel Screw should be tightened regularly as
part of a guns regular maintenance.
