NOZZLES

Svenic's range of Nozzles are manufactured from moulded polyethylene and steel. These are generally sold in packets of ten or as Mixed Nozzle Sets containing five nozzles (one of each of the cone nozzle and three other coloured nozzles). Without dobut, our most popular nozzles are the Opaque Nozzles as they are similar to a standard cartridge nozzle.

WEAR COMPENSATING DEVICE

This new, revolutionary and patented addition to our range of Barrel Guns, helps eliminate the loss of trigger action associated with wear. The Wear Compensating Device automatically takes up the slack to provide total trigger action from first use to last stroke.

11:1 OR 26:1 GEARING - LET THE USER CHOOSE

Our standard model Barrel Gun has an 11:1 Gearing (all black trigger). This is suitable for dispensing most Sealants and Adhesives. However, some Sealants and Caulks are quite Viscous and require a higher geared gun to make dispensing easier. Such products, for example would include Polyurethane Sealants used in the windscreen market. Some products also increase in viscosity during the colder months during the year. This adds to their difficulty to dispense. Users experiencing difficulty during dispensing should consider using our Barrel Gun with the 26:1 gearing (antique silver coloured trigger). A 26:1 cartridge gun version is also available. Users of our 26:1 guns will find that whilst it will take far more trigger strokes to dispense their material, dispensing the material will be significantly easier.

Made from plated steel, our range of mixing paddles are suitable for a variety of applications and connect to most hand or bench mounted drills.
