MINI CARTRIDGE SYSTEM

Svenic's range of Mini Cartridges provide manufacturers with a range of smaller, single component cartridges, than are currently available. The Mini Cartridge system is also suitable for higher viscosity, low solvent containing compounds. Best of all, it allows for easier, more controlled dispensing, using either a manual or air gun.

• Wherever an alternative package is required to replace - Manual Syringes, larger 300 ml Sealant Cartridges, more expensive Industrial and Aerospace Cartridges (with detachable nozzles), Jars, Tubs and Squeeze Collapsible Tubes.

• 15, 32, 36 and 60 cc capacity.

• A variety of nozzle configurations including leur lock to take blunt industrial needles, low cost all plastic nozzles, or a variety of molded in place application engineered nozzles.

• Available in natural, white or custom coloured HDPE, clear co-polymer polypropylene, or natural nylon six.

• Low cost manual guns with 12:1 mechanical advantage, for convenient, controlled dispensing of fluids through  to very high viscosity sealant compounds.

Late last year, Svenic introduced a range of products used primarily in the Epoxy Flooring Industry. This range continues to expand, and is part of Svenic's commitment to continue to offer a range of high quality equipment.

BACKER ROD
INSERTION TOOL

SIMPLE AND EASY TO USE

Backer Rod can now be installed with a smooth rolling motion - eliminating the old jab-and-poke method. This innovative tool, increases worker satisfaction and significantly improves job productivity.

Quality is greatly improved, too. The backer rod is installed to prescribed depths, without puncture. Consequently, sealant application is also easier and more consistent.

Fixed outer wheels maintain even insertion as they move along the surface. An adjustable middle wheel gauges the dept of insertion. The unit comes with four middle wheels, of different tread widths, to conform to a variety of joint sizes encountered in the construction industry. A scraper is included, that threads into the handle, for convenient use when needed. The unit also accommodates a standard, threaded broom handle (sold separately), for extended reach.
