 Svenic has available a range of accessories to complete your
Anchoring or Dowelling job. Screens are either made of galvanised metal
or high density plastic.
|
Our material Retaining Plugs are excellent for
use in overhead and horizontal anchoring and dowelling. The retaining
plugs keep the material and anchor in place while the material cures.
Svenic's nylon brushes are ideal for cleaning drilled holes in concrete
or masonry.
Wire brushes should not be used as they may smooth and
polish the holes interior and create additional dust.

An extensive range
of twin cartridges and static mixers are available to cater for a
variety of material mix ratios.
Finally, our range of high thrust manual
guns and high output air applicators are perfect for all anchoring and
dowelling jobs.

Drill hole to diameter and length specified
-
Blow dust out from the hole commencing from the bottom.

Clean the hole out with a nylon brush.

Blow dust out from the hole once again commencing from the bottom.

Insert the static mixing nozzle to the bottom of the hole. Fill
the hole with material to approximately half the height whilst
withdrawing the static mixing nozzle slowly.

Insert the threaded rod or dowel all the way to the bottom of the
hole. Twist the bolt to ensure it engages with the material. The
bolt should not be tightened until the minimum bolt up cure time has
been achieved. Refer to Material Technical Data Sheet

Cut the screen to size ensuring that it passes all the way through
the cavity. Insert the static mixing nozzle all the way to the
bottom of the screen. Completely fill the entire screen with
material whilst withdrawing the static mixing nozzle
-
Insert the screen filled with material into the hole

Insert the threaded rod or dowel all the way to the bottom of the
hole. Twist the bolt to ensure it engages with the material. The
bolt should not be tightened until the minimum bolt up cure time has
