Disposable two component cartridge system for two part meter mix dispensing

This machine allows for repeatable, accurate dispensing using the Ratio-Pak Cartridge System. In its simplest form, the EZ-MIX FR machine is a low cost, two part meter-mix-dispense system that allows for programmable, precise and efficient dispensing of two component materials packed in the Ratio-Pak Cartridge System.

• The accuracy of a bulk meter-mix-dispense system with the convenience
  and safety of a disposable cartridge system.
  Positive displacement techniques assure deposits that are uniform and controlled to within 0.1cc with no run-on, lead-lag, oozing or dripping

• Works with low or high viscosity materials;
  with highly abrasive or highly reactive systems.
  The EZ-Mix FR accurately dispenses materials as thin as water or as thick as some of the highest viscosity epoxies and urethanes (1 million + cps). Ideal for a wide range of two-part adhesives, sealants and compounds.

Modular design allows a single EX-MIX FR to accommodate different ratios
by changing sleeve assemblies.
