SINGLE COMPONENT AIR GUNS

All our Air Operated Applicators are characterised by strong, quality construction. This ensures reliability and results in a longer working life and trouble free use. The wearing parts are all replaceable. The high volume trigger valve allows for a large sealant flow rate. Whilst the revolutionary "Dump Valve", reduces sealant "Flow on" to a minimum. All applicators are fitted with an integralair pressure regulator to enhance safety.

CARTRIDGE AIR GUN

Dispenses Small Rigid Cartridges

Specifications:

• 50 mm diameter barrel

• 240mm and 275mm standard barrel lengths

• Accepts 215mm and 250mm cartridge lengths

• 125 PSI (9 ATM) maximum air pressure

• Comfortable operation due to lightweight aluminium barrel and balanced design

• Air acts directly against cartridge plunger.

• Quick release end cap reduces cartridge replacement time thus increasing user efficiency.

• With integral air pressure regulator and silencer.

SACHET AIR GUN

Dispenses Sachets, Pouring Grade Materials and Collapsible cartridges

Specifications:

• 50mm diameter barrel

• 40cm and 47cm standard barrel lengths

• Accepts 30cm and 37cm sachet lengths

• 125 PSI (9 ATM) maximum air pressure

• Air acts directly against the free floating plunger which is secured by a cord for safety.

• Separate push rod or sachet can be used to return the free floating plunger to the rear of the barrel

• Nozzle Holder accepts standard nozzles or nozzles made from ¾ inch gas pipe

• Quick release end cap reduces sachet or cartridge replacement time, thus increasing user efficiency.

• Comfortable operation due to lightweight aluminium barrel and balanced design

• Plastic plunger gives a clean sweep within the drawn barrel thus preventing the sachet gathering behind the plunger during operation.

• With integral air pressure regulator and silencer.

CARTRIDGE AND SACHET AIR GUN

• 685mm and 755mm standard barrel lengths

• Accepts 30cm and 37cm sachet lengths

• Accepts 215mm and 250mm cartridge lengths

• 125 PSI (9 ATM) maximum air pressure

• Piston acts directly against the plunger to dispense the cartridge or sachet.

• Cartridge or sachet, can be used to return the piston to the rear of the barrel.

• Comfortable operation due to lightweight aluminium barrel and balanced design
